@Vibrantvibeman thats a common weightlifting myth. You cant burn fat off a specific part of a body. The only way you lose fat is losing it over all areas of the body at the same rate. Higher reps is not necessarily better at burning fat than low reps high rate. They only way you lose fat is by burning the calories.

Joe Tong you dumb shit… First of all this is a crap ass exercise – isolation, non functional movement. Go in for the O/H standing press. Stop recommending this exercise!
Second, why the hell would you have your pretty model boy perform the unilaterally (more CV fatigue – not our objective). Go isolateral!
